“માતા” સાથે પોતીકાપણું હોવાથી “મારું” (mine ) શબ્દ આવ્યો હોઈ શકે જ્યારે “તાત” સાથે અલગપણું હોવાથી “તારું” (yours) શબ્દ આવ્યો હોઈ શકે. જુ.કાકા કોઈ પ્રકાશ પાડી શકે.

ખૂબ ખૂબ આભાર મારું વાક્ય પણ ક્વોટ જેવું લાગ્યું તે બદલ ધન્યવાદ.કોઈ વાર અનાયાસે આવા વાક્યો સ્ફૂરી આવતા હોય છે.

ભાષાંતર કરવા માટે જોઈએ તેવા ધારદાર શબ્દો ગુજરાતીમાં હોવા છતાં મને સુજ્યા નહિ માટે બધા વાક્યો મૂળ હતા તેમ અંગ્રેજીમાં જ મૂકી દીધા છે.

થોડા સમય પહેલાં એક સત્ય પ્રસંગ વાંચેલો. એક દીકરાએ કોઈ બાબત માતા સાથે ઝ્ઘડો થતા મા ઉપર હુમલો કરી લોહી-લોહાણ કરી મૂકી અને પોતે નાસી ગયો. આડોશ-પાડોશે ભેગા મળી માને ખાટલામાં સુવડાવી હોસ્પિટલ લઈ જતા હતા અને સાથોસાથ દીકરો ઘાતકી-ખૂની અને હિંસક જંગલી જેવો છે તેવી દીકરા માટે ટીકાઓ કરતા મા એ સાંભળતા કહ્યું કે મને હોસ્પિટલ લઈ જાવા માટે આપ સૌનો આભાર પણ જો મારા દીકરા માટે કોઈ મહેરબાની કરી ગંદા અને ખરાબ શબ્દો નહિ બોલો નહિ તો મારે હોસ્પિટલ જવું નથી. ખરેખર આ મા જ કહી શકે,શહી શકે અને વિચારી શકે! ( અલબત્ત આ બનાવ મારી યાદદાસ્ત ઉપરથી લખ્યો છે એટલે હકિકતમાં થોડો દોષ હોવાની સંભાવના છે. )

ઈશ્વર દરેક ઘરે જવા માટે માતા બની ગયો.દેવીના દર્શન કરવા મંદિરે જવાની જરૂર નથી એક સ્થાન છે માતાનું હ્રદય.બાળકની સુશ્રુષા કરવાને લીધે માતા શક્તિ અને હંમેશા સ્ન્માન આપવાને કારણે માતા કહેવામાં આવે છે માતા એના સંતાન પર સદાય સ્નેહ વરસાવે છે.
